When Altec, a long-time client who provides utility vehicles and servicing worldwide, hired us to build their Northeast Service Center, we knew the winter would be a challenge. We weren't expecting a record-breaking 108 inches of snow.
Our team knew that tackling the tough weather meant capitalizing on local knowledge for the best heating and snow removal techniques. We embraced the unique building culture in New England, where trades are passed from father to son with great pride. Together, we worked through the toughest winter on record to build an efficient, product-oriented building. We integrated four 15-ton double girder cranes into this pre-engineered structure, along with a 100% recycled water wash facility and a fresh air make-up system. Collaboration from all involved made this complex job run with precision.
