Stewart Perry

Red bald cypress discarded from a project now has a home as our ceilings, cornice and doors.

Project Overview

As the Stewart Perry team grew, we needed more space to accommodate our needs. More than a building, we wanted our campus to reflect who we are and be a pleasant environment for our team.

Our LEED certified headquarters was constructed on a 16-acre site which we redeveloped using current design elements for sustainability. We were careful to bring in reused and recycled materials whenever possible. As part of this project, we also removed coal tailings from the existing lake. We then reconfigured the lake bottom for healthy fish habitat. Beyond residing in a building that’s as responsible as it is comfortable, we now have catch and release fishing for our team, their children and the neighbors.
