In 2024, we celebrated our 40th year in business. There are a handful of folks who have been with us since the beginning and many who have been around for more than half of this company’s journey. As we thought about different ways to celebrate, I felt we needed a visual reminder as a lasting way to acknowledge the hard work and the contributions our team members have made towards our success.
The completed board sits right by our front door and has been a great conversation starter for building guests. I sure hope it serves as a daily reminder that we value loyalty, commitment and teamwork. I hope newer members are inspired to be a part and that we continue to foster a culture of appreciation.
In a way, construction is about legacy and making places and spaces better going forward. This board honors that legacy and creates a visible reminder that people matter. Celebrating career milestones honors individual contributions while reinforcing a culture that appreciates the long haul.
