We are currently involved in several urban multifamily projects. We are known for our quality and integrity from new construction to the restoration and renovation of vintage buildings for apartments and adaptive reuse. Code allowing, most of our ground-up midrise buildings are either concrete based or steel structure with wood framed units above. This has proved to be an efficient and economical building model, as long as the framing component stays closely connected to the structural engineer. Beyond, we work to provide the kind of client service that makes occupants feel at home.
