Mixed-use construction is an opportunity to blend multiple platforms into a single space, fostering convenience and community. These projects can maximize the potential of a property and often focus on equitable and sustainable land use. In many cases, we are shaping a walkable and vibrant neighborhood where place-making is at the heart of design and functionality.

The Webb Building
1 of 5
The Webb Building, originally built in 1871, sits at the corner of 20th Street and 2nd Avenue North in downtown Birmingham, AL.
